Dubai : World leaders gather in Dubai for UN Climate Change Summit, COP28, set to start at Expo City Dubai from today (Thursday) wherein representatives of 197 countries are expected to hold the pivotal talks on degradation of the environment.

Some 70,000 people including national leaders and Pope Francis are expected at COP28 as it opens Thursday, in what could be the largest United Nations climate summit ever.
