The second Vietnam Celebration in Osaka, Japan opened on April 27 following the progress of the primary occasion in 2023 held to check the 50th commemoration of the Vietnam – Japan political relations.
The two-day occasion was together held by the Vietnamese General Department in Osaka as a team with the organizations of Japanese prefectures in Kansai locale and Vietnamese affiliations and associations.
