Paris: Ambasador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad on Tuesday inaugurated Pakistan Pavilion at the Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris, being held in France, the fashion capital of the world.

Pakistan Pavilion is showcasing attractive textile products of 12 exhibitors from Pakistan enthusiastic to work with international customers.
Pakistan Pavilion organized by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan and Pakistan Embassy’s Trade & Investment Section aims to project Pakistan’s prowess in textile world, and open new vistas of growth and development by facilitating B2B contacts with potential clientèle from France, and EU.
Alongside the global fashion event, Pakistan’s Ambassador to France, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, attended MoU signing ceremony between Pakistan Business Forum of France, and International Business and Professional Corporation of Great Britain aimed at boosting commerce and trade activities and promoting Made in Pakistan Products in France.
Participants of appreciated the working of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) which is focused at facilitating overseas business community by providing conducive environment for investment and growth.
In order to benefit from the opportunities offered under one window SIFC, a delegation of prominent businessmen is likely to visit Pakistan to explore investment opportunities & promote Pakistan’s exports to Europe.
